The Sunday Salon – Sunday Book Coveting

tssbadge31Welcome Sunday Saloners and regular readers 🙂 Here’s a list of the books I’ve added to my wishlist since last Sunday. I thought it would be fun to look at this once a week.

The Unwritten Girl by James Bow – I added this one to my wishlist after Bart’s review. He’s been following James Bow for awhile now and I figured I should read this series!

Alcatraz Vs. The Evil Librarians by Bradon Sanderson – Come on, just read that title and you’ll know why I want to read it. And it’s written by Brandon Sanderson. And Becky did an awesome review of it that made me want it right away!

Never Slow Dance with a Zombie by E. Van Lowe The Story Siren mentioned this in her “In My Mailbox” feature and it sounded really good. Another one that I just love the title of.

Crazy Beautiful by Lauren Baratz-Logsted – I’m not even really sure what this one is about :p But there is such a huge buzz about it that I figured it must be good, lol.

Ash by Melinda LoRenay is crazy excited about this one, so I figured I should be too :p This will also work really well for Amanda’s GLBT challenge that I think I’m going to join.

Sprout by Dale Peck – Another GLBT book that sounds really good. Becky did an awesome review of this one too, so it went onto the wishlist.

glbtAs I mentioned above, Amanda at The Zen Leaf is hosting a GLBT (gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgendered) challenge that runs from July through the end of December. I don’t read very many GLBT books, but what I’ve read, I enjoy. The focus of this challenge is to basically read 6 books by GLBT authors or books with a focus on GLBT issues. Hey Nymeth, maybe I’ll finish Middlesex now! LOL. Anyway, it sounds like a great challenge that should broaden my horizons, and I’ll be participating!

Finally, I have to announce the recepient of the first Books Around the World book! And that person is Kailana! I have your address Kelly, so I’ll get it right out to you and then you can send it on to someone else! Enjoy!
